Made a quick one of these; I'm probably going to print it at ~80mm in width to serve as a cupholder. CAD file and STL's attached, used

as a guide to wrap the Taito SVG. Source CAD file was https://grabcad.com/library/ashtray-72

Okay the adjustments have been made. It turned out really well. You can see the bottom of the rim is a bit fluffy. That’s because the printer can’t print into thin air and has to do it’s best to build a thin edge upon a thin edge. You don’t see it when the ashtray is sitting normally. I’m just waiting for the files and I’ll post here.

Very nice indeed!

Which variants did you settle on in the end, or will it just be Namco for now?

Sorry for the delay in uploading the file. My mate has been away and we discovered the ashtrays don’t stack like the original. So we need to adjust the diameter of the base so the ashtrays nest when on top of one another.

Here’s a couple of files to try. These won’t stack on top of one another as the base diameter is about 2mm too big. Somehow you’ll also have to have support to the overhanging edge of the ash tray but I don’t know enough t about 3D printing to give you any advice.
