Astro City MS9 side pincushion/h lin? collapse

Just received this cab today and the monitor is doing this. Occasionally it will "fix" on its own, but usually immediately goes back to the issue with the sides bowed in.

Any idea what to check?

Check solder joints on the pots on the side of the chassis and the ones on the remote.

Check the remote harness and the solder joints for the connectors, both ends.

Check the pots. HSIZE on remote, HSLIM and SPC15 on the chassis. Before replacing, spray contact cleaner on all of the pots then do a few full rotations from one end to the other (I usually do this preemptively on all of the pots that haven't been glued down).

Side pin issue :
Check all solder joints under T501 the little grey h driver transformer, it is located near the HOT.
Check solder joints under Q508 2SD1944 if all ok replace this ic.
