Hi everyone, please bear with me on this question as I am pretty new to Lindbergh. I have a yellow unit, with the multi (CF plus SATA HD), 6800 graphics card. The system boots fine, goes into the multi menu.

When I select a game, some games will show me the test menu, then start to boot and either get stuck on the attached screen, or eventually load but run slowly (menus fine but gameplay at like 25% speed). The error seems to make me think that it has something to do with the hard drive?

I’ve tried reseating everything, cleaning, but no joy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

SDA is probably the compact flash card.
in linux the drives are SD - originally for SCSI Device, followed by a letter starting with A. second drive will be B and so on.
if you see a number afterwards such as SDA1 that refers to the partition number.

Thats very helpful, I'll test the flash card later today and see what I find. Thanks!

So one step forward two steps back I suppose. The CF card is fine. I think part of my issue was I was attempting to run the SATA hard drive directly to the motherboard which I read can cause problems with certain games.

So I ordered a SATA to IDE adapter. My issue now is everything seems to boot fine however once the now loading screen appears I hear two beeps and it just stays stuck with a full bar permanently.

Going into the Lindburg settings it appears that my hard drive is being detected, any other ideas of something that could be going wrong? Really appreciate the help!
