Knob + Shooting Kit (PICS 1 and 2)

FEATURES: The kit with shooting function can shoot while pressing the knob and while turning the direction of the knob. The Knob controls and shoots.

Knob Kit (PICS 3 and 4)
PRICE: $122.00
FEATURES: The kit without shooting function can be operated with the knob to control and another button to shoot.
For example, the index finger moves the direction of the knob, and the big finger presses another button to shoot

How's it going?

I have a Taito F3 multi. I've got a hankering to play Arkanoid and any other game on the system compatible with rotary controls.

Is it possible to share the pinout of this product to help understand what the IC chip is doing that sits inline on the wire harness?

Taito spinners have been few and far between the last few months, so if this will work - that would be great.

@MudGuts83 just throwing this out there, maybe I’m right. it was built for Forgotton Worlds so the pinout is above (from https://www.arcade-museum.com/manuals-videogames/F/fworlds.pdf p25) the in-line chip replaces the capcom encoder at the end of the manual.

it is in the end just left 5v GND right so it should hopefully function on other game setups. Just not sure if the spin speed is appropriate. I’ll try some at some point.

BUMP... with all the talk about spinners on the forum that seem a little over priced....

As someone who bought Axun’s spinners already — and plans to buy the full repros too, I think they are quite different products and there’s room for both. When you take a swing a hobbyist project like that, especially in the context of soliciting another product, I think it detracts from Axun’s brand overall.

there is no problem to root for your home team.
Axunworks is grassroots as any other project.
I was just trying to remind people of other options that get buried down in the thread.

If you want my honest opinion, I think ALL options for a single game spinner are OVERPRICED. Fair enough?
I am not taking a swing , don't be so sensitive. Let the product speak for itself.
