Bang Bead error after attract mode

Hello all, I am having issues with Bang Bead on my four slot MVS.

It seems to play and work totally fine when in use. The issue only appears when the game is left to cycle in attract mode. When the selection comes back to the game, the error I have included in this post pops up.

I do not have this issue with other games in my decently sized library. I have tried different slots as well as leaving some/all empty to no avail. It plays fine, just can't handle restarting the attract. The game is super clean, and I have even cleaned the game slots, despite them reading all my other games totally fine.

I have heard that some of the newer games might be problematic with certain boards? Not sure how much truth there is to this.

I am running the latest version of UniBIOS

I believe my MVS is a MV-1F 4

If anyone can offer any insight that would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue with a Metal Slug 2 cart in a 4-slot. I just changed back to a stock BIOS since I didn't use any of the Universe BIOS features.

Stupid question, have you tested the cart on another mvs ?
What is the result of crc test on unibios ?
Have you tested P-rom and also done crc test ?
I will test my copy of Bang Bread on my MVS

Change slots, clean the cart and slots, clear the backup ram. If you're worried if your cart is okay, I wouldn't worry about it. As you mentioned, some newer games might have issues.
