Second board was a bit more troublesome, the previous tech had stolen the IOU from it. So I could not even assess what was wrong until I replaced said custom. I grabbed and IOU from a parts board and tested only to get a black screen. Looking a bit closer the other dude had marked the CCU and it's ram with a question mark. I reflowed the CCU and got a bit of life, a black screen with moving dots. Then I looked at the ram and notice it was shifted and tons of pins were not even soldered. Removed it and found busted pad, fixed the pad and soldered the ram down proper and got boot. Except I was missing sprites, ran a test and it said all ram was ok. I ran the test a second time and it said bad sprite ram, did a reflow on the ppu and sprite ram to get her back in working order. Link to the work below.
