This was sent from Belgium part of a pair, said the heavy punch on player 1 was stuck. Upon inspection I noticed one busted trace in the IOU custom, two loose pins, also the save battery on the mainboard was leaking . Removed said battery and cleaned up any spillage, then I reflowed the IOU but this did not fix the stuck input on player 1. In the end I ended up having to swap the IOU for a spare I had laying around. I really wish that the guys that decap the chip would make a replacement for the IOU. This fails quite a bit , anyways I'll leave a link of my post on X of the work.
