V2 of BetsuBetsu video splitter is basically done. Gonna put this on github later this week probably.

Changes from v1:
- Video gain now using triple pot
- Much smaller and less components
- SEGA mini-din 9 instead of mini-din 8 (cheaper cables, same as Minigun uses)
- Output now DC coupled instead of AC coupled, mainly to keep component count down
- Button 5 for AW now connected (weird that it was NC on v1)
In general, all of these changes are just quality of life for building and usage. DC coupled video instead of AC coupled should in theory not make a huge difference for video quality, and has less components.
Its no longer possible to adjust color levels individually, but OSSC can do that so who cares.
Mini-din 8 cables are expensive, and MegaDrive2 RGB cables are slightly cheaper and easier to get.
Need to test this a bit more, but seems to work
