Blast city 2 player panel ground issues

So today I was playing with my Sega blast city and I touched the metal screws that hold the panel and I felt electricity coming from it. I turned the machine off and checked the wires if it is grounded properly.

After powering it on again I opened the panel to press the service switch and also felt electricity charging on me.

Can anyone please take a look at this and help me out please.

Your cab needs to be earthed. What kind of plugs are you using to connect the cab to your transformer and the transformer to your outlet?
