Blast city how can i adjust the volt strength ?

Hi guys where do I find in a Blast City the possibility to adjust the volt strength ? I know this only with a screw on the PSU but I can not find anything here ?!

One more question: whats the name of that "thing" and do i need it ? mine is missing.

It's a ground post. In Japan all the power cords were 2-wire and ground was wired in separately. Technically, you're probably just missing the nut, the stub I'm sure is still there.

Unless you daisy chain cabs, you'll never need it.
