Blast City monitor spontaneously shut off

I have a Blast City that now has no picture. I’ve attached a video of when the monitor went dark. It appears that the image became blurry for a moment before the monitor completely shut off.

Looking for advice on what I should look at first in regard to repairing it. For reference this is a Blast with the non-auto switching Nanao chassis.

Id say just take the Chassis out and look for busted capacitors and cold solder joint areas for starters
