Blast City PSU question.

Put it back together and I get 3.7v on the 3.3v rail when powered on, but when the Naomi + NetDimm are plugged in, the 3.3v rail still drops to 2.9v and I get a black screen

Too bad the PSU is in such an awkward spot. It's possible the voltage isn't dropping at the PSU, but somewhere between it and the Naomi.

Yeah, it's a long shot, but you can try:
Slide out the blast PSU from the back as normal
Clean the contacts where it connects to the cab when slid back in
Put PSU back in, and then inspect the wiring from there. Double check all the connections on the PCB inside the service bay to the right (the one you'd hook a kick harness to), re-seat those or perhaps even inspect that whole board.

hrmmm, yeah that is a good point! I'll do a better inspection of the wiring beyond the PSU.
