Is it normal for my Blast City to be wired this way? There are three more wires on the top marquee that I’m not sure where they’re coming from. I know one is a ground and another powers the light bulb (120V), but I’m unsure about the others. I’ve been experiencing audio issues; I have the 002 loom, which means I don’t have stereo audio, but even with mono, the sound is very low. I’ve recapped the entire cab, so I’m sure it’s not the audio amp PCB.

Correct, it's normal.

What's the condition of your speakers?
They’re brand new I bought these ones https://www.ebay.com/itm/1954069035...D-V2dWLQi2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY but didn’t work and I’ve also replaced the volume knob with a 100ohm one. I made sure that everything was recapped to avoid any potential problems but nothing I’ve done so far seems to be working. The audio from the Blast is still low. One thing I’ve noticed is that the CN13 plug from the switchboard (which normally provides 120V AC power output) is only showing 66.9V AC when tested with my multimeter which is very odd it should provide 120v AC or at least 100v. The monitor and marquee light bulb are working fine just in case.

My best guess is that your amp is somehow faulty. It's a standard Model 3 amp, you could replace it pretty cheaply.

There's one on eBay for $60 shipped from China.

Are you measuring both pins ? What test pcbs you using?

Yes I did buy the one from Yaton's website. It seems that it came faulty because when I connected it to my PSU it didn’t work No audio was coming out from it (ill have to recap it) so I guess the one I had is working but possibly working under voltage maybe(?) thats why it might be not capable of produce louder sound

Here’s an example Video. It does sound but not powerful enough.

yes I did measure both pins. One was showing 66.9V AC and the other pin was at 5.67V AC. I don’t understand what you’re referring to regarding test pcbs but I’m using a MiSTer FPGA with Antonio Villena’s JAMMA board (which works just fine in my Super Neo 29), tried using my computer with a J-PAC and also a dreamcast through scart using scart2arc.

You're measuring AC wrong. It's not measured like DC. You're supposed to put one meter lead on live and one on neutral. Don't put anything on ground.

The cab wouldn't work at all if it had 67VAC going to it.

Oh okay. I was measuring it with one meter lead on the ground and the other on the actual CN13 pin my bad I was wondering why I was getting those readings. I'm also still in doubt since this cabinet was in deplorable condition. The guy who sold it to me had cut the L speaker connection wire in order to use an external audio amp. Long story short that audio amp was being powered by the JAMMA loom which has 12V coming out from CN3 but I tested it as well and it was showing me 0.00V AC. This is a Bass Fishing cabinet converted into a Blast City that has a 120V converter (power amp) inside.

Id never throw yaton parts as is in any game. Asking for more issues than when you started with. Not saying that is the case here, but assume the worst when getting parts used.
