Comes with an atomiswave with a bootleg metal slug six, and a stool (not official taito). Everything works and sound is good. There's no lock on the control panel but you can flip it open with your finger easily.

I can see blue in your first picture, was it before it failed? Or is it present but faint?
Unfortunately a rejuvenator isn't a magic bullet if the gun is dead.
