Burnt Thermistor MS8-29

One of the Astros at my friends arcade stopped coming on, well can turned on but monitor didn't. when I went to swap in a backup chassis in there to get it up and running quick. I smelled a strong burnt smell. Didn't see right away but then looking closer I saw that NTH901 was completely burnt. I was able to take a picture of another backup chassis I had where the part is legible. Problem is I am not sure what the values mean, the manual says the part is a thermistor. Anyone know what the values mean? Thanks in advance.

It's likely a 33ohm PTC thermistor, I can pull one and check. The part is likely for inrush current limiting.

I measured one from one of my backup Ms8 and it measured 5 ohms. The ms8 manual parts list says it's an ntc

Lol my brain isn't working today yeah you would use NTC for inrush limiting

Got the replacement in and it works like a charm.
