There's a bootleg version of C&D with awful music that you could convert that board over to. But you wouldn't like it. Strider or Ghouls N Ghosts would be a better conversion target for that board IMHO.

You can convert ANY CPS1.5 game into ANY other CPS1.5 game, its actually never been easier with undamned's Kabuki infiny key as you can now even use real/encrypted sets without a battery.
But what you CANNOT do (as mentioned above by rewrite) is turn a CPS1 game into a CPS1.5 game (not without cutting all q-sound from the original game).

Yes, that's one of the conversions with the horrible music. The tip off is both the black electric tape covering all of the ROM chips, and that it's only a two board stack. CPS 1.5 is a four-board stack.
