Can't load Shienryu

My STV multi works everygames but Shienryu.
When it loads, it says 'BACK UP RAM INITIALIZED' and if i reboot, it says 'GOOD MORNING' and it just stays there.
Does anyone have similar experice like me?

Have you tried playing in the evening?

Did take a quick look around for a serious answer, but the only arcade games I can find that have Good Morning issues are Tekken games!
