Not sure how difficult this would be to pull off, but if @HDemon successfully converts everything back it might be a good idea to make a script that can patch most of the data from these things automatically in the event Capcom decides to fix them further
Say for instance he does find the time to port the Ingrid version over. If Capcom finds a bug and updates it, he would technically have to go back, re-patch everything, release the bug-fixed version, etc. Now imagine 3 months later Capcom updates it again and repairs some of T.Hawk's wonky hotbox data; He'd have to re-do everything a third time, patch the game yet again, etc.
Can't imagine he'd want to convert everything manually each time they get updated (unless its super easy or something), so if it's possible to make a script that can do most of the heavy lifting for him, that might be the way to go
I've even taken a peek at the files myself and it seems simple enough, I just get lost at the concatenation side of things (e.g. why Fighting Jam references show up at the end of the Alpha 3 data)
