WTB Capcom Mini Cute Rubber Step Strip

Anyone have for sale or knows a source for the rubber step strip on the Capcom Mini Cutes?

There's a thread on AO about people trying to recreate it, or find matching existing rubber strips. I don't know if anything ever came of it though.

My buddy restored two Cutes and he ended up using a rubber stair tread that matches almost perfect.

I sent him a message. If he remembers the brand, I'll post it here.

So I heard back. He actually didn't use a rubber tread, but one of the stair treads that looks similar to grip tape. He said that's what was on both of the ones he got.

Huh, interesting, maybe thats what Capcom used as well

Not too sure, but the two machines came from two different sources. Could be a coincidence though.
