Capcom Q-Grand Am monitor problem (MS8 25 chassis) PLEASE....HELP ME!!

The image continues to make this defect. It stretches and squeezes and deforms. Depends on what? from electronics? I changed the capacitors but didn't fix it. I had also replaced the power supply.

I turned the cabinet back on. I left it on for at least 30 minutes, without playing with it and it no longer did the fault ... However, it has been doing this for months. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes it comes back. So I don't understand. Do I really need to change the chassis? Is there anything I can do?
