Maybe some of you will find interest here. Most people are probably aware of issues with China caps but maybe don't realize the limit of low end cap reader. I will show one problem here

This is also the reason why cap cannot be tested properly in circuit. Being charged can damage circuit, not charging cannot test. Something like the esr70 is only good for preliminary? type troubleshooting. It is very handy to use but there are limitations so you still have to use your brain and when something exhibit? bad cap behavior you need to pull test fully and I have still found bad caps this way.
