Chihiro type 3 outrun 2 SP game freezes at random times?

Hello so recently just got a outrun 2 and at random times it just freezes not sure as to why I’m thinking it’s a motherboard problem but not 100 sure if anyone has any idea or know what it might be please let me know thank you

Change the caps (3 or 5, depends) near the cpu.
