Hi. I have bought a Chihiro Type 3 from a customer. This chihiro had error 21 (Outrun 2 SP loaded with solid state) previous to the shipment to me. After receiving, it doesn't boot.
When it powers on, it makes 3 tries to boot and after that, status led blinks in green and red constantly. I have checked all the capacitors and I think they are good. What can I do?
