(B-18 Street Fighter II (US Revision E) 02-28-91
The B-11 board is cosmetically nice, but just needed program roms replaced.
The B-18 had some pins damaged so I had to straighten them and re-flow. It's not easy to get the tiny pins perfectly straight, but it is working fine now.
$100 for either B+C board alone, you will need a working A board to be able to play the game.
