Coin Mech on a Vewlix help?

So, is there any way to get the coin mech working if a PC is currently in the vewllix? I have a few games that have the option to insert coin. This works by hitting the "select" button.

Is it as simple as hooking my pcb to have the "select" button trigger when a coin hits the switch in the coin mech? Or does the coin mechanism also need external power?

How are the rest of your controls wired up? I have Brooks boards in mine and attached the coin mech signal wire to the L2 input since I don't have that button on my panel. Make sure its connected to gnd as well. Then I configured games to use L2 for coin-in. If you uave a coin mech that is powered, you'll have to figure that out, but the basic mechs in most of these cabs dont require power.

Follow the wiring from the mech into the cp and connect from there.

Thanks, since I am just using PC for now, it was easy. I just used two prongs in the coin mech, one for ground, the other for select on the brooks board and it works fine
