Is the PlayStation a PAL system?

Out of curiosity, how did you go about modding the PlayStation to become jamma connected? Is there a guide or a product you used?

Hello, they are adapters that I think were made in Spain at the time of recreational halls. I got them already assembled.
I have about 6 or more, most of them are pal but multi region with ic modded.
