Converting NEO files to MAME or other?

[Kujako]

Kind of odd I know since most people want to go the other direction, but I'm wondering if there's a way to convert the NEO file format into something else?

What about: neoconv?

"A preservation-focused utility for converting between TerraOnion .neo containers and MAME / Darksoft Neo Geo ROM sets with bit-perfect verification."

That looks like the ticket, thanks. Will have to review it's status etc but at least this is the right direction.
