These guys go above and beyond when it comes to getting you what you want. Communication is excellent and timely.

My two machines arrived without issue. Machines were actually clean and not disgusting. Pricing is very fair for what you are getting and it is not a blind lottery model like some other folks utilize. You will get what you pay for. Seeing the machines before payment makes a difference.

Having experience with many of the other distributors/importers, I would not send anyone their way when they could just go to Cosmo. Really the only people you should be dealing with if you are after a cabinet (or 5) and don't want any surprises. Very happy there is a new player in town. Hands down the best purchase experience I have had out of the 15+ machines I've bought over the years.

+1 -Got my Neo 29 cab in yesterday and it's exactly as described! Immaculate inside and out - it's really an incredible piece! The owners took the time to reacap the monitor for me (for a very reasonable fee) prior to shipping as well. Communication was excellent either through email or Discord.

If you're looking to container ship from Japan, don't go anywhere else. Honest, friendly, and they set up the shipping state-side (thankfully through CRST, which I would have used anyway) so it was all very little work for me (outside of a bit of clean up and getting it into my basement lol).

100% buy with confidence! Zach and his team are awesome. Thanks guys - you've made me a very happy nerd.
 
+1 for these guys, purchased a Vewlix from them and right from the get go they were very communicative throughout the entire process. As soon as I got in contact they bombarded me with photos of what was available and notes about their condition. Two months later I now have a Vewlix in my home ready for me to mess around in! Should I ever be looking to buy another candy cab in the future Cosmo-Logi will 100% be the first place I go to.

Cab arrived and the seller was communicative throughout the entire process. Even going so far as to help me with questions after it arrived about how to do some fine tuning

Requested four cabs from Cosmo Logi, two Pras, Project Diva and Sound Voltex, all arrived in great condition and working fully. Friend ordered the other two cabs Wacca and Ongeki.

Top service! Easy and good communications! Shipped direct in shared container from Japan to Southampton UK.

Top Lads, I will be back for more!

Asked for a Jubeat and a Wacca which the guys managed to source for me. The Wacca had a dim screen but the guys were completely transparent about this (and is a know issue with the cab anyway).

Both cabs arrived and really happy with the condition of both. The Wacca had one missing panel but the CL guys got a replacement shipped out to me.

They have my business in the future for more cabs.

I've bought four Aero Cities from Cosmo-Logi in two of their shipments in the last year. Also had them send along an Eva Pachinko machine for the ride on the last container.

Great experience both times with them, Zach and Kevin are great with their descriptions of cabinets and are pretty responsive on discord. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking to import a cabinet.

Very happy with both shipments of cabinets I got from Cosmo Logi. I got a range of Sega cabs and all arrived in great condition.
Zach and Kevin rock. They definitely take the time to make sure the monitors are in good condition, testing and fixing issues before sending them to customers.

Comms are great - I recommend joining their discord. They update regularly there and respond quickly to DMs.
I had several questions for cabinets in both shipments and they would update me on progress with cabinets, sending pictures of the monitor conditions, etc.
I knew exactly what I was getting before the cabs even left Japan.

If you are looking for specific cabinets that they don't have listed, make sure to let them know.
They'll keep an eye out as they visit various arcades and deal regularly with other sellers that might have what you are looking for.

Very happy with my 2 NNC's. Considering the fact they were willing to recap the monitors and do the install on the advanced settings board for the Toshiba PF at my request and at a very reasonable rate, I can't recommend them enough. I've even mentioned some very niche cabinets I was on the look out for, and was contacted a few months later about said cabinet being available even though I had forgotten about it. They've also done some proxy stuff for me, but I imagine they would prefer to keep their efforts towards importing cabs since that's what they do best compared to everyone else doing it nowadays, so I try not to bother them for every little thing.

Can't recommend enough.
 
I am also very happy with the Aero City that I bought from Cosmo Logi on their most recent UK shipment.

Their communication was friendly and clear throughout. The cab was accurately described with several photos in advance of payment.

It was also easy to arrange the delivery after the container had arrived in the UK.

Cosmo Logi helpfully offer to recap the chassis and PSU and I also recommend paying the extra for this service.

Overall, they are highly recommended sellers and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a cab with them again. Thanks!
