CPS3 requires 15Khz standard resolution monitor exactly the same as CPS1 and CPS2!

This guy on the eBay forums sums it up pretty nicely:

“Not only is the "Final Value Fee" is so high, but also an inconsistent webpage and GUI. In addition, there are too many scams(Either fake payment email, Marking paid when there is not, return with an empty box or so) from buyers and too much of buying without payment (Waste of time).”

My main complaint is just the exorbitant amount of fees now.

It basically equates to almost 14% in seller fees even when all goes well. I recently sold an item for 900 and only got around 780. It's shit. I avoid Ebay at all costs unless I can't sell something on a forum or group.
