Well, maybe DS needs a few of them Lets make him a care package of B+C boards.

I have B+C Boards for the following:

Champion Ed
World Warriors

A few others, but I have to go to storage to get them.

I have a MERCs board that I am pretty sure has a bad A-Board. I have no way of testing the B+C board, but I would gladly send them your way for free if you would like to test them.

@Apocalypse let me know where you are on this kit and we'll see how to come along.

I've pinned out B-board and C-board connectors, PAL chips, etc.
Also studied the C-board registers mechanic to patch them on the fly.
So, a lot of work still needs to be done but it's a good start.
