Hello again everyone although I have the habit of asking for help and in the end I end up finding only the solution only destroying everything as I always have done 
I was very interested in owning a Street Fighter II Champions Edition. so I put together one of several recycled CPS1s. Board A and C are fully operational. I tested them on other CPS1 boards. the problem I have is on board B and I used several recycled memories 27C4096G, 27C010A, 27C512 to burn the game roms and still I can't get the game to work (the game works with graphics problems). so my question is the following. what am I doing wrong?
I would greatly appreciate some guidance. I discard the GAL to change the 3 new ones on board B
