from my understanding, all Hyper fighting PCB's were conversions from Champion edition. So I think what your looking for are just original capcom HF roms.

Both, there are upgraded Champion Edition using 3 official Capcom roms, but there are also HF straight from the factory but not very common.
I happen to have one of those

The upgraded CE’s have a different label on the C board (Street Fighter II’), where the HF have that plus a second line saying ‘Hyper Fighting’ in Japanese

Also I think all roms on the B board have a ‘T’ suffix, but would have to pull out my board to verify (S92 for CE and S2T for HF I think)
