What's new
Isn't it a little sticker on the interconnect now?
FYI it turns out it was a sticker on the interconnect board. It's been a while since I've had a chance to play around with it. Could installing it the wrong way have messed something up causing the missing foreground sprites? I'm really close to sending you the boards if there isn't any other options for me to try out.

It just wouldn't boot if it was backwards.

Hey all. So, I finally had some time recently to play with the board I was able to get the sprites to show, but as you can see there are still some vertical lines that show up. FYI I did have a perfect picture briefly without the shells attached until I detached the A and B board to put everything back into their shells. I also noticed that depending on how I sandwich the A and B board the DL-2027 chip would intermittently get hot to the point that the screen would turn into garbled video and I would have to turn the machine off to let it cool down. One time I had the machine on without sprites showing and when I pressed hard on one side of the connector pins the sprites came on. I am convinced it's either that the chip is faulty or there's still a contact issue?
