CPS2 games not working after changing chassis

Hello guys
I changed my Nanao ms9 29 chassis and surprisingly my 2 CPS2 games not working , Raiden 2 works totally fine, only shows what u will see in the pics, both battery were changed before I bought them last year November and the fan works.

Could be bad connection between boards or you may need to adjust H or V hold
