Cps2 issues

Going though some cps2 b boards and running into a issue Im not seeing anywhere...cps2 b boards that are dead...burned razoola cps2 test rom and still nothing. Where would I look to next? I know the A board is good...and the issue is on the B board.

Try reflowing the DL1525 & other customs. I had a B board with decrypted roms that went dead one day. Turns out my reseating of the program roms might’ve caused one of the custom chips to flex & slightly loosen its pins. Reflowing helped my solid screen go away.

The DL1525 has a processor in it & wont boot the board if it has an issue.
