Deciding to part with another CPS2 Progear No Arashi Japan B board (1:1 hardware conversion). For added authentic game play, this particular conversion is running original program roms & uses a battery backup.
The B Board utilizes an authentic CPS2 daughter board and four CPS3 SIMMS (2 x 64 MB Fujitsu repros, 2 x 32 MB Capcom originals (Fujitsu) properly flashed.
Program roms are original Capcom encrypted program roms - this board has been programmed with the correct encryption key with a Tadiran 3.6v battery backup that boots into Japan region at startup. Program ROM labels are original Capcom labels reused from other board sets.
Case plastic is intact & show normal business use wear. Label is a reproduction professionally printed on high quality laminated vinyl. Only one of the three “button” covers will come with this (see pic below).
With the inclusion of a battery & encrypted program roms, this is as close to a 1:1 hardware conversion of what constitutes an authentic Progear B board - the only items missing are original ROM/SIMM/cover labels. No performance issues whatsoever - this B board is guaranteed to work 100% when it gets to you.
