So I just got my multi kit in from paradise and already having a issue. All I get is a blue screen. I'm using a phoenixed MVC board. All the jumpers are correct and everything is pressed down. What am I doing wrong.

This board is super fragile. This is ridiculous.

I've removed and reinstalled mine 8 or 9 times at this point, on two different B boards. They're not /that/ fragile...

I installed it with out breaking a thing. It was when I removed it that I accidentally broke 2 pins.

Which part are the pins on, out of curiosity.

I apologize for freaking out guys but I spent alot of money like you guys did. I purchased 2 multi kits. I have a very short temper and very little patience. As it turns out I tried my 2nd multi kit on the MVC board and the blue screen was totally normal. I formatted my sd card last week fat32 before putting the games on but It was not working. I just did it again and everything is working fine but what do I do now about the other multi kit with the two broken pins. How could I fix this? I am so bummed out.

Yeah, it blue screens before you install a game, then you have to reset and it should no longer be a blue screen.

Well, if you're DIY you could put new pins in or wire the pins to where they belong. Probably better off contacting Miturugi or Darksoft though. They should be able to help I would think.

Yea, I can't even find one of the pins. They bent when I pulled out the board and when I went to straighten them out they broke off.

If I had formatted the sd card correctly none of this would have happened but I thought that something was not installed properly and that's when I took it apart. I am so upset right now.

As much as I'm pissed off that those 2 pins broke, I'm happy that the 2nd kit works. I want to thank Mitsu for answering all my annoying questions, Darksoft for developing this awesome kit, and Jason for hooking me up with the cps2 shell. Even Rewrite gets some props for jumping in. I did a little tape job on the lcd till I figure out where and how I'm going to install it. Mitsu, hit me up and let me know what I could do about those 2 broken pins on the other board.

I can send you two pins and you install them yourself or send the kit to me for repair and just pay return shipping.

Nice setup dude; you can't go wrong with PVM and Sigma AV7000. :)

Thanks dude. I love sigma's. They are built like tanks and the 9000tb sticks are a dream to play on. This is my current setup for now until I figure out how I'm going to install this in my Astro. Need to find a way to keep the cabinet closed and have the lcd near the control panel.
