my cps2 marvel vs street fighter has the following graphic problem. some help?

You need to try with another A Board if possible, to make sure problem is the B. Then I doubt it's the ROMS, I would have a look at the custom chips looking for cold solders or signs of corrossion.

No problem in pcb A. The problem is pcb B
