I have a SFAlpha 2 B board and need to replace this part it just looks crushed.
Where can I find the exact ones I need?

Also would removing these suicide the board?

Can I remove the extra C board that comes with the game and clean the area below with out ruining the game have having it suicide.

That is the capacitor that stores the encryption keys for the game in addition to the battery to provide time to replace batteries. The only thing that will be an issue is if your battery dies or you remove it to replace it, you will likely suicide the board immediately

I’m not sure of the exact part number or type, but I wouldn’t worry about replacing it and would instead use an Infinikey/Openkey and do away with the battery entirely

CPS2 doesn’t use a C board but some games have an additional ROM daughterboard. These can be removed for cleaning without any issue

All of the EPROMs can be removed without killing the board. The keys are stored in the main CPU

I’m not sure of the correct type, hopefully someone who knows can help with that one

Edit: it’s a 22000pF EMI filter. I think this should work as a replacement

Alternatively you could check if anyone has a parts board they can remove the cap from
