The issue - CPS2 JPN Green board plays and looks fine, but sounds glitching in samples. Will post a vid to demonstrate:

I will also post some pictures of the board (the sound and q sound chips are out for a clean in these pics).
What I have done.
1. Tested the A board with another B board - no sound issues.
2. Cleaned the A board.
3. Reseated the A board multiple times.
4. Reseated the sound chips.
5. It's a battery board, and yes that battery looks original, and I will be replacing it - but this battery currently installed still tests at 3.6V.
Note - reason for post being installed on board is that stand-off on shell is snapped and missing, so this allows board to be inserted into a board while still in shell and pressure is applied for appropriate connection.
From what im seeing from previous searched it could be the q sound chips being corrupted, but I have no way of testing or flashing new ones.
Any help is appreciated.
