I feel like it would be silly to make this thread as im sure its already hard to find. But hey maybe i'll find or get closer to what im trying look for. Im east coast trying to keep the distance somewhat managable and not from utah or something lol.

FS Thread 'CPS3 Darksoft - Street Fighter III Third Strike Installed.'

I have a CPS3 for sale, it's 100% tested working with not any problem at all. I already sold one board on this forum before.
Price: $1200 usd.

I can ship worldwide, I'm from Chile, and obviously is fully negotiable.
(Shipping to USA is around 120usd).

It's an auction listing, so price is a bit more unstable because of that. There's a few other factors that will affect it:

- The listing itself mentioned the setup as non-working (claims NO-CD but doesn't boot)
- The game is SF3 NG, and more SIMMs are needed for other games like 3rd Strike
- The final bid price doesn't factor in the cost of using a proxy and overseas shipping (required for people overseas from Japan).
- Yen is pretty weak compared to USD right now so that deflates the price a bit

It's can potentially be a decent deal if the board is fixable, but it's a bit of a dice roll, and you would need to spend money on a modded cart and more SIMMs, assuming you don't only want to play SF3 NG.
 
Are you looking for cabs too? If you don’t find any local check out Gndzero. He’s on the East Coast, SC, but he imports cabs. Just got a few off of him.

No issues yet thankfully. Great deals to be had if you are patient. I got my 2x cps3 boards there (for around $300) naomi net dimm, loads of lindbergh stuff, big heavy namco racers arcade parts (motorised steering wheels), gundam sticks, x68000, fm towns.

Just anything with light guns you have to argue with them to deliver.

@esteeldog this is your closest source for candy cabs. They will be old and dirty and shipped by freight truck, but that’s how it goes. also hi from New England.
 
+1 on Gndzero, which I believe is his business name. His real name is Matt aka FuryForce, aka GeekMan.

- I've ordered a couple of Blast City's through him and had a great experience. So much so, I referred him to a buddy of mine who also bought 2 more Blast City's from him. [Edit: Forgot to mention that we also ordered Taito stools as well which he bundled with the cabs]
- He's based in SC and ships stuff from Japan via boat to the port there. Then he helped arrange shipment from there up the East Coast to where I am in CT.
- Wanted to add that he sent detailed pics of the machines working once he went through them at his warehouse in SC. Great communication and service.
