Unless you’re a 1. glutton for punishment, 2. have a spare replacement SH2, SMD caps & other suitable replacement parts on hand and 3. an infinite amount of time on your hands, the time to spend fixing this cart may exceed what a replacement from Mitsurugi would cost.

I’ll clean it and see how it goes first. Also, shipping things from Hong Kong to the US is very expensive now.
The post office won’t accept it, and SF Express is also very expensive.

You'll also have to swap the Capcom BIOS for the Darksoft UltraBIOS and use the Darksoft disc image for a regular, non-Capcom SH-2 CPU. The factory Capcom BIOS and game discs won't work.
