Been working on this case for sometime now and first complete print was done yesterday. Would like to show it to you all what it looks like. Mostly inspired from CPS3 OEM case and CPS2 A board to some extent. Wanted it to have the wedge just like cps2 B boards but the sound amp gets in the way.

Looks awesome! How long does this take to print? lol

One suggestion, you may want to add supports to the center of the board (around the cart slot) to keep it from flexing. There's some evidence that flexing over time can lead to cracked solder joints on the various customs.

Thread 'CPS3 PCB Supports - JasensCustoms / TR Fight Stick Case'

I thought I'd share a small design I made to add support under the CPS3 pcb in the JasensCustoms case (also confirmed by @mR_CaESaR to work in the TR Fight Stick case) to prevent damage from PCB flex when inserting the cartridge. Hopefully it can help others who have this case as well.

The solution I came up with was a standoff/support that is attached to a few spots underneath the PCB with two-side mounting foam (in the blank ground plane areas, not on top of traces). The corner standoffs in the JasensCustoms case are 24mm high, I designed these to be 22mm high, with the foam...

Ah ok, i see.
You juste have to cut in piece, i 've printed taito F3 multi cartridge, in files you have the model in 2 pieces, i cut the 2 pieces in 2, so i have 4 pieces and i could print it in my A1 mini lol.
Just use E6000 glue, or B7000 and that's it.
And if you release, i would try it for me in multi pieces.
You can see in the picture the traces of the cuts.
