sh2 cart means that you can install/play 4th strike.
dual boot means that this cart allows to play as NOCD in any title that you have installed (cdrom drive is not needed to play) but if you turn on the machine with TEST pressed, cart turns into CD mode, to allow game install.

note: simm check (at pictured) shows simm1 as NG due program is decrypted, simm test expects CRC32 of encrypted content. that is not a failure or something.
