Cps3 screen all garbled won’t load

Any idea what would cause this? Using darksoft ultra Simms have reseated Simms and custom security cartridge multiple times same screen. Board and cartridge have had their batteries removed before I ever got it. Screen changes a little when booted up without cartridge but not much. A few days ago it gave me this screen and I pulled security cartridge and reseated it and it worked now it won’t at all. Up until all this it has worked great. Hoping it’s just the security cartridge and I can just buy one of the standard ones when they come up for sale again. Knowing my luck it’s something else though haha

That screen looks like how my cps3 looked when my security cart's bios chip died. I ended up paying @Mitsurugi-w to fix it and he swapped the bios chip with a working one. @cruzlink2 could do it for you as well.

Sounds like the bios on the cartridge went from what others have said. So I just plan on buying one of the standard bios carts darksoft has coming up for sale. I guess It might be worth fixing this old custom one though if you can do that.
