Original Third Strike Strike Revision A perfection can be yours with a kit that’s as close to OG as possible.
I’m looking to let go of an original CPS3 Third Strike Revision A (990512) kit.
Cart is an original CD Japan region BIOS. Battery in cart was replaced within the past couple of years with a Tadiran 2150/P 3.6v 1/2 AA axial battery for many more years of worry free operation.
Video, sound and inputs work 100%. SIMMS are all original (Capcom branded labeled SIM 1 through 6) & pass all memory checks when thoroughly testing in game menu. Motherboard is a Revision 3 & is one of the mintiest boards I’ve ever had the opportunity to use. It has zero repairs or corrosion of any kind & is not warped. All connectors (cart slot, SIMM edges and SIMM slots, JAMMA edge, SCSI connectors, extra buttons connector & RCA jacks) have been properly cleaned with Deoxit for added reliability. CD drive and cables are in very good condition; this is one of the nicest drives I’ve ever used & will come with its unused CD brackets (for mounting in a cabinet) & original screw bag (never used)!
Marquee, pop-ups and movearts are original & near mint, and both the move arts & pop-ups for Players 1 and 2 still have their original adhesive on back ready to be applied if you so desire. Manuals are also original and in really crisp shape.
CD jewel case/insert and game CD are original (990512 revision disc).
This will be packed ultra safely with an anti-static bag for the cart & will be double boxed with the original CPS3 box you see (non-matching serial # on box as I originally acquired this as such). Arts & manual will be shipped flat inside & safely in clear poly bags.
I guarantee this kit will work upon its arrival to you & with proper installation.
Take this all off my hands for $1,700 (PayPal F&F) shipped within the CONUS. Sorry; no international shipping at this time. Positive feedback can be found for me throughout these forums & I have a solid reputation here. I ship *fast* (typically within the same day but no later than one business day of receiving payment) & will provide you with packing photos & tracking information ASAP.
Give this kit a new home in your own and/or your candy cab that deserves (or that’s been begging) for an original Third Strike kit!
SOLD FOR $1,700 shipped (PayPal F&F).
