I bought a Crystal System mobo and The Crystal of Kings about a year ago, and it has always had some weird issues. On my cab the picture is too bright, and won't dial in very well even if I lower the cab's brightness. On my supergun via RGB, it is less bad; everything looks fine overall, but I get these static-esque horizontal lines that continuously flash on the screen on top of the graphics.
I took a look at the motherboard and it appears to have one of the worst repairs I've seen:

I'm assuming the answer is probably as easy as "yeah, that looks like crap and they slightly melted the chip next to it", but figured I'd throw this out there in case anyone has run into it before. The chip with the crap repair is a hyundai chip next to the CPU, and the slightly melted chip says VL 408D (14 legs).
Anything I can possibly try to bring it back to 100%? Crystal Motherboard experts, do you exist anymore?
