Just wanted to throw a thank you out to @kcarcadegame. I put in for a mini cute last year with @kcarcadegame then ran into an industrial accident ten months ago and could not complete the transaction. @kcarcadegame held it for me the entire year passing up many offers. Today we finalized what was just a handshake deal to begin with, no contracts. KC is a very genuine individual.
