Cyberlead Monitor Issue.

Hello I have a Namco Cyberlead that has it's monitor giving me an issue. The image will randomly cave in and out from both left and right sides centers. Tried re adjusting the sizing pots on the control board and the pots on the actual chassis pots with no luck. I noticed it's much worse on some games more then others. Any idea on what I can try out next to resolve this issue? Chasis is a Nanao MS9-29. Thanks

Possibly a cold solder joint on the SPC pot.

I actually replaced that pot and a few others that were completely cracked and broken. This is a replacement chassis. As you can see the pots have rust build up on them. Not sure if this could possibly be a contributing factor also, but when I turn the pots individually they all seem to work. Also I haven't done a full recap on this chassis.
