Ok so I have one of these electromagnetic 'particle' (powder) clutches apart and it seems all they need to get back to full functionality is replacement (magnetic) powder adding to them.
Just wondering if anyone has already tried this or not as there is no documentation stating how much powder (in grams) should be inside the clutch.

A small amount came out of the one i've got here but that's hardly a reliable indicator, thinking of picking up 100g and having a go with different amounts and bench testing to see how much torque the clutch can hold.

I cant help unfortunately, but if you do please document it because I have a couple that need work as well!

Afraid not, I do have all the parts and tools required to do the job now, needed a blind hole bearing puller and a custom press piece made up.
It will be a while yet though i'm afraid as got some other jobs on at the minute which are taking priority but I will upload here with all pictures and details when I get to it.
